An Unsuccessful Weight Loss Week
11:24:00 PMSo, as you know I've been working on eating healthy and working out this year. Well this past week was one of my worst. I had pizza THREE times for dinner! I'm still kind of dwelling on my mistakes so I decided to shout it into the void just to get it off of my chest. I've been using the MY Fitness PAL app on my phone which has been brilliant! It really helps with tracking and keeping yourself accountable. But every now and again i have a sort of break down and just eat whatever I want without thinking about the consequences. Does anyone else have this dilemma? I don't binge I just have it as my meal. Although I did have 5 pieces of pizza for Dinner today which was maybe not such a good idea. I think the reason that this keeps happening is I an hungry I tend to have my Oatmeal for breakfast no snack and then lunch. I don't have a snack on the days I have eaten pizza So i'm basically starving when I have my little falling out. So my resolution is to think out my meals realistically and know exactly what I will be eating everyday. I think this will help tremendously and now I just have to forgive and forget. I'm hating myself for what I did but what can I do now. Learn and strive for a better tomorrow...or week.
